摘要
以橡胶草组培苗为试验材料,以多效唑作为生长抑制剂,研究其对橡胶草试管苗离体保存的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的多效唑处理下的橡胶草生长状况各不相同,浓度低时,对橡胶草试管苗生长没有起到明显的抑制作用;浓度高时,试管苗生长状况较差,甚至死亡。综上,多效唑不是橡胶草种质资源离体保存适宜的生长抑制剂。
Taking Taraxacum kok-saghyzas experimental material, Taking Paclobutrazolas plant growth retardant substances, The Effects of Paclobutrazolonin vitro Conservation of Taraxacum kok- saghyzwere studied.The results showed that under different concentrations of Paclobutrazol treatment, the growth of Taraxacum kok-saghyz was different,when the concentration was low, it could not restrict the growth of in vitro conservation effectively; when the concentration was high, the growth of in vitro shoots was not well, and even death. So Paclobutrazol was not a suitable growth inhibitor in vitro conservation of Taraxacum kok-saghyz.
