胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤影像学诊断进展 被引量：4

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤 （pancreatic neuroendocrineneoplasm, PNEN）是主要发生于胰腺和小肠上部的神经内分泌肿瘤（neuroendocrin eneoplasm，NEN）。WH0根据肿瘤的分化和分级，于2010年更新了胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤（ gastro-entro-pancreatic neuroendocrineneoplasm, GEP-NEN）的分类系统。该系统根据细胞增殖指数Ki-67或核分裂指数将这些肿瘤分为：
