摘要
采用TTC法、微生物抑制纸片法和HPLC法对牛乳中头孢噻呋残留进行检测,比较不同检测方法的优缺点。结果表明,TTC法检测头孢噻呋残留的检出限为0.10 mg/L;微生物抑制纸片法的检出限为0.01 mg/L,符合限量要求;HPLC法的检出限为0.10μg/L。通过比较发现,TTC法简单、快速,不需要特殊设备,适合养殖场和基层使用;HPLC法灵敏度、准确度高,适合于实验室检测使用。
The ceftiofur residues in milk is determined by TTC, microbial inhibition and HLPC methods. Advantages and dis-advantages of these methods are compared. The results show the minimum detection limit of TTC method is 0.10 mg/L. The mini-mum detection limit of microbial inhibition method is 0.01 mg/L. The minimum detection limit of HPLC method is 0.10 μg/L. By comparing distrinct methods, the TTC method is simple, fast and does not require special equipment and is particularly suit-able for use in farms and grass roots, while HPLC is accurate, sensitive and suitable for laboratory.
