摘要
作为判断水质好坏及反映水体富营养化程度的主要指标,总氮的重要性不言而喻,如何准确测定总氮的含量显得至关重要,而总氮测定的不确定度是衡量测定结果准确性的重要指标。本文主要分析了紫外分光光度法测定水样中总氮的不确定度及相关影响因素分析。
As an important index to judge the quality of water quality and to reflect the degree of eutrophication,the importance of total nitrogen is self-evident. How to determine the total nitrogen content accurately is very meaningful. The uncertainty of total nitrogen determination is an important indicator of the accuracy of the measurement results. In this paper,the uncertainty of total nitrogen in water samples and its influencing factors were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
