摘要
以昆明某桩锚支护基坑工程为基础,建立桩锚支护结构与周围环境共同作用的分析模型,通过与实际监测数据对比,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,探讨桩锚基坑邻近建筑物时二者的相互影响。研究结果表明,桩锚基坑邻近建筑物的基础形式对围护结构变形影响很大,浅基础时围护结构最大侧移为0.25%~0.53%H(H为基坑深度),最大值发生在坑顶;桩基础时最大值为0.23%~0.30%H,发生在0.6~0.8H深度范围内,二者相差较大。邻近建筑物基础形式为浅基础时,建筑物沉降是桩基条件下的3倍。因此桩锚基坑设计施工时应特别重视邻近浅基础建筑物的情况。
An analysis model considering the interaction of the supporting structure and the surroundings is established for a deep excavation project with pile-anchor supporting in Kunming. The reliability of numerical analysis results is verified by field monitoring. The environmental impact of deep excavation adjacent to buildings with pile-anchor supporting system is discussed. The study shows that the deformation of retaining structure is greatly affected by the foundation of the adjacent building. For shallow foundation, the maximum lateral displacement ranges from 0.25% to 0.53% of the excavation depth H and occurred at the top of soldier pile; for the pile foundation building, the maximum lateral displacement ranges from 0.23% to 0.30% of the excavation depth H and located at the 0.6 ~ 0.8 of H; the largest settlement of shallow foundation building is 3 times as much as pile foundation building. Therefore close attention should be paid to the excavation with pile-anchor supporting system adjacent to shallow foundation buildings.
