摘要
杨志旭老师认为梅核气病因总属情志所伤,发病与肝密切相关,还涉及肺、心、脾、胃等脏腑,主要病机为肝郁气滞、痰气郁结,治疗以行气解郁、泄热化痰、怡情易性为原则,临床以自拟消梅解郁方治疗梅核气,效果显著。附病案1例加以佐证。
Teacher YANG Zhixu thinks that emotional factor is the main cause of globus hystericus. The globus hystericus is closely related to the dysfunction of the liver and it is also associated with dysfunctions of other viscera such as the lung,the heart,the spleen,the stomach and so on. The main pathogenesis of globus hystericus is liver depression,qi stagnation and phlegm accumulation. The principles of treatment should be promoting qi movement and relieving depression,eliminating heat and resolving phlegm and keeping a good emotion. Teacher YANG treated globus hystericus by self-made Xiaomei Jieyu formula which has achieved remarkable effect. A medical record of one case is listed in the paper for support.
