摘要
通过中美两国军医职业教育组织管理、培养目标、培养模式与课程设置、师资队伍等方面的比较,提出借鉴外军经验,加强军医职业教育培训体系、培养模式、课程体系改革和师资队伍建设的建议,以期为我军医学教育管理体制和职业教育改革提供参考依据。
Through the comparison on organizational management, training objectives, training model, teaching curriculum and teaching staff of American and Chinese occupational education on military medical doctm's, this paper suggests to draw lessons from foreign armies, to carry out reform on the train- ing system of military occupational education, training model and teaching curriculum, and to reinforce the construction of teaching staff', so as to provide reference for the reform on the management system of Chi- nese military medical education and talent training.
