摘要
目的:探讨自制负压封闭引流装置在深Ⅱ°烧伤创面中的治疗作用。方法:纳入深Ⅱ°烧伤不愿意手术患者76例,完全随机分为两组,试验组采用自制负压封闭引流技术治疗,每隔5-7天,打开敷料观察创面愈合情况。对照组按照传统换药方法治疗。比较两组创面愈合时间、换药疼痛程度、细菌阳性率、患者经济负担及医务人员工作量,连续观察3周。结果:试验组创面愈合时间、细菌阳性率、换药疼痛程度、患者经济负担及医务人员工作量均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自制封闭负压吸引技术相较传统换药方法能够加快创面愈合,减少创面感染和患者换药疼痛,且减轻了患者的经济负担和医务人员的工作量。
Objective：To investigate the effect of the self-made closed negative pressure drainage device in the treatment of deep Ⅱ°burn wounds.Methods：Seventy-six patients with deep Ⅱ° burn wounds were included in the study, and randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with self-made closed negative pressure drainage technique.The dressing was opened to determine the wound healing every 5-7 days.The control group was treated with conventional dressing change.The wound healing time, pain degree of dressing change, positive rate of bacteria, economic burden of patients and workload of medical staff were compared between the 2 groups, and determined for continuous 3 weeks.The wound healing time, positive rate of bacteria, pain degree of dressing change, economic burden of patients and workload of medical staff in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with conventional dressing change, the self-made closed negative pressure drainage device can accelerate wound healing, reduce wound infection and dressing pain, and decrease the economic burden of patients and the workload of medical staff.
