摘要
目的评价自体耳软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯用于鼻整形手术中的临床效果与价值。方法将我院收治的76例需行鼻整形手术患者,按照自愿原则将患者分为观察组与对照组,各组38例。观察组应用自体耳软骨联合膨体聚四氟乙烯进行隆鼻手术,对照组应用自体耳软骨进行隆鼻手术。比较两组患者的手术满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总满意度为94.7%(36/38),不良反应发生率为5.3%(2/38);对照组患者的总满意度为71.1%(27/38),不良反应发生率为18.4%(7/38);观察组的总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体耳软骨软骨与膨体聚四氟乙烯用于鼻整形手术中的效果突出,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the autogenous ear cartilage combined bulk ptfe used in the clinical effect and value of rhinoplasty surgery. Methods 76 cases of our hospital to line nose plastic surgery patients, in accordance with the principle of voluntary patients divided into observation group and control group, each group 38 cases. Observation group used autogenous ear cartilage combined rhinoplasty bulk ptfe, the control of rhinoplasty with autogenous ear cartilage. Compare two groups of patients＇ satisfaction and adverse reactions occur. Results The observation group of patients with total satisfaction was 94.7% （36/38）, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.3% （2/38）; The control group the total satisfaction of the patients was 71.1% （27/38）, the incidence of adverse reactions was 18.4% （7/38）; Total satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05） , the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The ear cartilage and bulk ptfe used in rhinoplasty surgery effect is outstanding, high safety.
