先进的第四、第五代飞机供输油系统将不再使用"燃油电动泵",而使用由液压为动力源的"涡轮泵"供输油,但因其管网复杂,燃油在管网内流动速度及压力随工况变化频繁,同时,在管网交汇处,流体相互影响及交联,流动状况也特别复杂,由此给设计人员对管网系统的分析提出了挑战。采用非线性方程组求解,可以较易得到管网的特性参数,准确预判存在的缺陷,为验证设计的合理性提供依据。曾用该方法对某机型供输油系统(108阶非线性方程组)进行分析计算,其结果与实际情况非常吻合。
The electric fuel pump is not applied for the fuel supply/transfer system of the advanced fourth and fifth generation of aircraft, and the "turbine pump", driven by the hydraulic pressure, will be used for this purpose. Since there is the complex pipe web, the speed and pressure of fuel will frequently change in the pipe web following with the variation of operating status. Meanwhile, at the cross-link of pipe web, due to the inter-effect and intercross of liquid, the flow of fuel is also significantly complicate, which bring a challenge for the designer on the analysis of pipe web. By using the non-linear equation to solve the problem, the feature parameters of pipe web can be gained easily and the existing defects can be predetermined correctly, so as to provide a reasonable proof for the design. During the practice of this method, the fuel supply/transfer system of one type of aircraft (108 degree non-linear equation) is calculated and analyzed, and the result mostly tallies with the fact.
