摘要
分析比较了常用的油气回收技术,针对陕西延安某拟建项目,根据其罐区存储介质的性质及混合油气的特点提出了因地制宜的吸收+吸附油气回收工艺,吸收剂选用罐区储存的工业级乙二醇产品,省掉了吸收剂解吸系统,简化了工艺同时节约了成本。此外,对吸收系统的吸收剂用量、吸收塔理论板数等参数进行了优化,提出了适宜的参数范围,为后续类似项目的设计提供了较好的借签作用。
The recovery technologies for gasoline vapor were summarized and compared. Accordingcharacteristics of the storage liquids and the characteristics of the mixed gasoline vapor, the lyosorption-absorptionfor gasoline vapor recovery was proposed for a planned-construct project. The technology with no absorbent desystem simplified the process and saved the cost by selecting the industrial grade ethylene glycol stored instoragethe absorbent. The optimization of the quality of absorbent and theoretical plate number of lyosorption systemsuitable parameters was proposed, a subsequent good reference for the design of similar projects was given.
