摘要
调查发现,一些高职院校在旅游专业人才培养过程中重技能轻素养。在概括重技能轻素养的几大表现的基础上,提出人才培养改革应遵循由上至下、全面系统、技能与素养相融合、显性与隐性相结合等原则。建议通过树立正确的指导思想、建立保障机制、改革培养模式、调整课程设置、提高教师素养、强化校园活动等途径,来推进高职旅游专业人才的素养与技能并重培养改革。
It＇ s found that more stress on the skill rather than the quality in the cultivation of tourism talents exist in some higher vocational colleges. Based on the summary of the cases, this article presents the relevant principles to follow in the reform of talents-cultivation. Meanwhile, it comes up with some corresponding ways to protnote the re- form of equal stress on the skill and the quality in the talent-cuhivation of tourism talents, including establishing the correct guidance, setting up guarantee mechanism, innovating the talent-training model, adjusting the curriculum de- sign, enhancing the faculty quality, strengthening campus activities, etc..
