摘要
多元文化背景下新疆高校新入职教师文化适应现状需要在实践层面进行研究。通过对具有抑郁情况的教师进行研究发现,少数民族教师的心理适应问题少于汉族教师,内地院校毕业的教师、内地出生、非师范类院校毕业教师、已婚教师、女教师心理适应问题较多。因此,新疆高校应建立新入职教师心理测评系统,开展校内新入职教师培训,加强心理辅导,建立校内支持系统,以提高新入职教师职业认同和文化认同,帮助其快速度过适应期。
Under the multicultural background, the study in the practical level is needed in the cultural adaptation of new teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities. Among new teachers who are in depression, a study finds that the problems of the ethnic minority teachers on psychological adaptation are less than those of han nationality, and there are more problems among the teachers who graduated from mainland schools and were born on the mainland, the ones graduated from non-education schools, the married, and women teachers. Xinjiang colleges and universities, therefore, should establish new teachers' psychological evaluation system, offer on- campus training for new teachers, strengthen psychological guidance, and set up on-campus support system in order to improve new teachers' professional and cultural identity and help them adapt quickly.
