摘要
在研究《质量发展纲要》要求、各地质量分析报告的成功经验及对有关专家进行访谈的基础上,构建了以产品质量水平、产品质量创新能力、产品质量工作3个维度、11个层次和30个观测点构成的产品质量分析报告内容完整性评价体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重。收集了近年来公开发布的有较强代表性的40份产品质量报告,进行赋值、评分计算,结果显示当前我国各地质量报告内容完整性整体较差,尤其在产品质量创新能力和质量治理信息方面披露不足,质量信息分析方法也有待改进。
Based on the research of the requirement of quality development plan, the successful experience of various place quality analysis reports and the interview with experts, the paper constructs a content integrity evaluation system of product quality analysis report including product quality level, product quality innovation capability, product quality work 3 dimensions, 11 levels and 30 observation points, using AHP to determine the weight of index. The paper also collects the 40 representative product quality report currently. After assignment and score calculation, the results show that the content integrity of current quality report in China is severe, especially in product quality innovation capability; quality management information disclosure is insufficient; quality information analysis method also needs to be improved.
