摘要
文章从大数据环境下科研人员数据素养教育的必要性、紧迫性出发,将国外数据素养教育的理论基础、内容与模式、参与主体的层次与维度等进行详尽分析。针对我国科研人员数据素养教育现状,提出我国在借鉴国外经验进行科研人员数据素养教育中的关键问题:数据素养教育需要科学、完备的政策支持;关注科研人员对数据素养教育的认知与态度;科研人员数据素养教育的目标定位;如何与当前的信息素养教育融合;注重训练有素的数据素养教育人才的培育。
Starting from the necessity and urgency of data literacy education for scientific and research specialists under the environment of big data, the authors analyze the theoretical basis, content and mode, and main participants' level and dimension of data literacy education abroad. In light of the current situation on data literacy education in China, the paper have put forward several key issues that should be emphasized during the process of drawing on the experi- ences of data literacy education for scientific and research specialists abroad: data literacy education needs a scientific, integral policy support; pay attention to scientific and research specialists awareness and attitude towards data literacy education; goal position of data literacy education for scientific and research specialists; how to blend it with the current data literacy education; and emphasize the cultivation of well-trained talents for data literacy education.
