一种分区协调控制的有源配电网调压方法 被引量:21

摘要 分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)就地接入配电网改变了辐射状的配网结构,进而对依靠变电站有载调压器(on-load tap changer,OLTC)和就地无功补偿的传统调压方法产生影响。尽管DG具备一定的电压调节作用,但是DG接入位置不同时对配电网产生的电压支撑作用不同,且多个DG接入后,调节各DG的无功出力以及有载调压器分接头的动作顺序也直接影响到调压的效果。对此,该文提出一种基于分区控制的有源配电网调压新方法。首先,在分析含DG的两节点系统电压方程的基础上,定义节点的位置指数,并据此确定高峰负荷时DG的最佳接入位置;其次,通过分析DG接入后的各节点的电压敏感度,进而划分出DG和OLTC的本地调压域,提出各DG和OLTC的协调配合调压策略;最后,采用分层分区的调压方法对IEEE 33节点配网模型进行DG接入位置和个数的确定、调压域的划分以及相关仿真验证,结果表明,文中方法能够更加灵活有效地调节电压,提高能源利用率,减少调压装置的动作次数。 Local grid integration of distributed generation (DG) has changed the radial structure of the distribution network and then will affect the effectiveness of the conventional voltage regulation method which is achieved by cooperation of on-load tap changer (OLTC) and reactive power compensation on the spot. Although DG can adjust voltage to some extent, DGs at different positions provide different effects of voltage support. Also, the operation sequence of multiple DGs and OLTC will influence the result of voltage regulation after several DGs are connected to the grid. Therefore, this paper provided a novel voltage regulation strategy of distribution network based on district-dividing control. Firstly, location index was defined based on the analysis of the voltage equations of two-node network with one DG and the optimal placements of DGs were determined by the location index. Then the voltage regulation zones of DGs and OLTC were divided by comparing the voltage sensitivities of all nodes. What’s more, a coordinated voltage control strategy was proposed. Finally, simulations were carried out on the IEEE 33-bus radial distribution network about the optimal locations of multiple DGs, the partition of voltage regulation zones and the related simulation and verification. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can regulate voltage more efficiently, increase energy efficiency and reduce the number of multiple regulating devices action.
