摘要
本文基于推拉理论,从农村拉力和城市推力两个层面构建农民工返乡建房解释框架,剖析农民工返乡建房的逻辑,并以此透视农村地区"建房热"现象。研究表明,返乡建房是一个复杂的社会经济甚至文化心理现象,在农村拉力和城市推力的共同作用之下,农民工做出符合自身利益最大化的理性选择。颇具意味的是,对于部分农民工而言,返乡建房是为开展长期投资或是返乡创业等的主动选择;而对于多数农民工而言,城市之门难进,农村之根难断,返乡建房往往是进退失据下的无奈之举。
Based on the theory of push and pull, the paper constructs the interpretation framework of migrant workers returning home to house from two aspects of rural pull and urban push, analyzses the logic, and perspects in the ＂housing fever＂ phenomenon in rural areas. The study shows that with the complex social and economic and even cultural and psychological phenomena, under the combined effect of the rural pull and the city push, the migrant workers make the rational choice which is in line with their own interests. Of considerable means, for part of the migrant workers, returning home building is an initiative choice to carry out long-term investment or migrant entrepreneurship, and for most of the migrant workers, because it is difficult to get in the city door and break rural roots, home building is often a dilemma under the upset.
