摘要
文章在研究了国外经验后,提出明确政府在信用担保体系中的作用、促进中小企业互助担保组织的发展、完善信用体系建设、协调银行和信用担保机构的关系和设立行业自律组织等对策。
The paper analyzes the foreign experience of credit guarantee system, then it puts forward that we should give full play of the government in the construction of credit guarantee mechanism, promote the development of SMEs credit guarantee system, perfect the credit system, coordinate the relations between bank and credit guarantee institutions, as well as establish the self-regulatory system.
