摘要
目的建立细菌素数据库,并对已知的细菌素信息进行了统计和分析,可为新型细菌素的设计和研发提供帮助。方法检索大型蛋白质数据库,收集文献中报道的细菌素;使用My SQL、Perl、php My Admin、Apache、File Zilla、HTML和PHP等软件和语言进行数据库网站的建立。结果收集到了407条细菌素,包括43个PDB结构和2105条活性数据,对细菌素序列信息、结构信息、修饰信息、来源信息、分类信息、活性信息和物化信息进行了详细描述,建立了免费的AMPs from bacterial数据库网站(网址:http://bacteriocins.cpu-bioinfor.org/),提供了搜索(search)、浏览(browse)和相似性比对(blast)等功能。结论本研究建立的细菌素数据库收集了较全面的信息,对于新型细菌素的研发可起到促进作用。
Objective To establish a database of bacteriocins, and analyze the bacteriocins, which could help the design and development of novel bacteriocins. Methods protein database and collected bacteriocins reported in the literature. The database was built tools including MySQL, Perl, phpMyAdmin, Apache, FileZilla, HTML, and PHP. Results known information of We retrieved the large on Linux platform with The database harbors 407 bacteriocins, 43 PDB structures and 2105 pieces of activity data. Annotations of one bacteriocin in the database contain the sequence, the modification, the source, the classification, the structure, the activity, the reference and physicochemical parameters. A user-friendly website(AMPs from Bacterial database, http://bacteriocins.cpu-bioinfor. org/) was established to provide searching, browsing and blast functions. Conclusion In this study, the database of bacteriocins containing comprehensive information was established, which can promote the development of novel bacteriocins.
