Notch信号通路在脂肪源性间充质干细胞向血管内皮细胞分化中的作用研究进展

摘要 脂肪源性间充质干细胞(Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells,ADMSC)具有干细胞的特性,能在体内及体外分化成血管内皮细胞并参与血管形成,在内皮细胞形成血管的过程中,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)通过VEGF信号通路起着重要的调控作用,Notch信号通路是VEGF信号通路的下游通路,研究显示Notch信号通路在血管形成过程中发挥着至关重要的调控作用。本文对Notch信号通路在ADMSC向血管内皮细胞分化中的研究做一综述。 Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells (Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells, ADMSC) have the characteristics of stem cells, Which can differentiate into vascular endothelial cells to participate in angiogenesis in vivo and in vitro, vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial, growth factor, VEGF) via VEGF pathway plays an important role in the process of vascular endothelial cells forming blood vessel, the notch signaling pathway is downstream of the VEGF signaling pathway, studies show that notch pathway plays a crucial role in the process in the formation of blood vessels. In this paper, we reviewed the research of Notch signaling pathway in the differentiation of ADMSC into vascular endothelial cells.
