摘要
肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶1(Carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1,CPT1)是一种脂肪酸β氧化限速酶。CPT1c作为CPT家族最后被发现的成员,其序列包含必要的酶催化活性结构域,但体外没有显示明显的肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶的活性。功能研究提示CPT1c影响肿瘤的发生发展,其作用与低氧等代谢胁迫下的调控应答有关。本文主要介绍CPT1c的生物学特性及在肿瘤中的作用,探讨其在肿瘤的诊疗方面的应用前景。
Camitine palmitoyltransferase 1 (CPT1) is the rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid [3 oxidation. CPTlc, as the last member of CPT1 family, contains the necessary enzymatic catalytic domains but does not show a significant activity of carnitine acyltransferase in vitro. Functional studies suggest that CPTlc affects the progress of tumorigenesis and is regulated in response to hypoxia and other metabolic stress. Here we re- view the biological function of CPT 1 c and its roles in tumor diagnosis.
