摘要
目的观察医护一体化模式在产科剖宫产护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月期间在我院产科定点建卡的子宫下段剖宫产术后患者200例,均为择期手术,随机分为观察组和对照组,均100例。对照组采用常规护理查房模式,观察组采用医护一体化查房模式。采用数字评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估两组患者术后切口疼痛情况,并观察两组的切口渗血、切口愈合、切口感染情况、术后并发症发生率、住院天数、护理满意度。结果对照组切口疼痛情况、切口渗血情况、切口愈合情况、切口感染情况、术后并发症发生率、住院天数、护理满意度明显劣于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在产科剖宫产护理中采取医护一体化模式能有效的减轻患者切口疼痛、减少切口渗血、加速切口愈合、降低切口感染率、缩短住院天数,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of health care integration model in obstetric cesarean section nursing. Methods Selection in August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital during obstetric Jian Ka of lower uterine segment cesarean section patients 200 cases, are undergoing elective surgery, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases. The control group using conventional nursing ward round model, observation group adopt the medical integration operation mode. Adopting digital scoring method（visual analogue scale, VAS） to evaluate two groups of patients with postoperative incision pain, and observing two groups of incision oozing, incision healing, infection of incision, situation and nursing satisfaction, hospitalization days, the incidence of postoperative complications. Results Control group incision pain, bleeding, incision healing of incision, infection of incision, situation, satisfaction with care, hospitalization days, the incidence of postoperative complications significantly worse in observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Take care in obstetric cesarean care integration mode can effectively relieve patients with incision pain, reduce incision oozing, accelerate the healing of incision, lower incision infection rate, shorten the hospitalization days and improve nursing satisfaction.
