摘要
奶业文化是产业文化的重要组成部分,包括物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化。北京奶业文化底蕴深厚,有效地促进了北京奶业发展。阐释了奶业文化内涵,同时从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化4个方面概述了北京奶业文化变迁及特点,并基于分析北京奶业文化发展瓶颈,提出了未来北京奶业文化的发展方向。
Dairy culture is an important part of industrial culture, including material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture. The deep cultural background of dairy industry in Beijing has effectively promoted the development of dairy industry. This paper expounded the connotation of the dairy culture, at the same time, summarized the changes and characteristics of Beijing＇s dairy culture from the four aspects of material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, and based on analyzing the development bottleneck of Beijing＇s dairy culture, the authors put forward the development direction of the dairy culture in Beijing in the future.
