摘要
高等艺术教育是党和国家文艺事业的重要组成部分,也是高等教育的重要领域。本文通过对新时期文艺和教育工作任务和形势的判断,从分析"办什么样的高等艺术教育、如何办好高等艺术教育"和"为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、如何培养人"等问题入手,探讨在中华民族伟大复兴背景下高等艺术教育的方向和人才培养路径,明确高等艺术教育的时代责任。
Higher art education is an important part of China Party and national literal and art course and important field of higher education. Based on the research of missions and situation of literal and art and education, on the analysis on ＂What kind of higher education should we manage？ How should we manage good higher education？＂ and ＂Who should we cultivate talents for？ What kind of talents should we cultivate？; How should we cultivate talents？＂ this article discusses the direction and approach of higher art education and approach to cultivate talents and make the responsibility of higher art education clear in the context of new era.
