摘要
针对"三超"气井下管柱的屈曲行为,介绍了油套管在井下的三种状态和两个临界轴压。阐述了管柱屈曲的影响因素和可能导致屈曲产生的关键点,给出了屈曲临界载荷和屈曲产生的弯曲角、狗腿度、弯曲应力和扭矩的计算方法,并列举实例进行验证。最后,针对屈曲行为对管柱性能的影响推荐了一种适用于"三超"气井的螺纹接头,并给出了管柱设计的建议。
Introduce the three downhole status and two critical axial compression forces of pipe string according to its buckling behavior in "Three-ultra" gas well. Effect factors and critical points which maybe cause buckling of the pipe string are represented. Calculation of buckling ultimate load, bending angel, dogleg, bending stress and torque caused by buckling were listed and verified by a concrete instance. Finally, a kind of thread connection which suitable for "Three-ultra" gas well was recommended and some advices for pipe string design were given by taking into account the influence of buckling behavior on pipe string properties.
