摘要
互联网为未成年人提供了诸多益处的同时,也给易受伤害的未成年人带来了诸多风险。为了营造一个安全可靠的上网环境,国家可采取适当的立法和政策来应对未成年人上网风险。本文分析了未成年人上网过程中遇到的风险,简要介绍了未成年人上网保护的全球立法情况,为我国未成年人上网保护的立法和政策制定提供一些建议。
With the increasing of Juveniles＇ use of lnternet, the Internet presents many benefits for children and young people. At the same time, it also brings risks to which Juvenile are especially vulnerable. For fostering a safe and secure online environment, appropriate legislation and policy can be used to tackle the risks in broad way. This article analyzes the risks of online and briefly introduces global online protection legislation for juveniles. It also makes some conclusions useful to our country
