基于正交试验的钢渣、脱硫石膏、粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度研究

摘要 以舞钢钢厂钢渣和平顶山姚孟电厂粉煤灰与脱硫石膏为主要原料,并掺入少量激发剂,采用正交试验设计方法进行钢渣、脱硫石膏、粉煤灰混凝土7 d抗压强度试验,分析各种因素及水平对混凝土抗压强度的影响,为快速合理确定混凝土配合比提供依据。 Concrete compressive strength of 7 days steel slag, desulfurization gypsum and fly ash concrete were studied based on methods of orthogonal experiment. The concrete was prepared with steel slag form Wugang Steel Plant and fly ash, desulfurization gypsum from Yaomeng Power Plant, doped with a small amount of acti- vator, using orthogonal test design method for steel slag, desulfurization gypsum, fly ash concrete 7 d compres- sive strength test, and the impact of various factors on compressive strength of concrete were analyzed, which provided the basis for rapid reasonable concrete mixture ratio.
