瑞舒伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗颈动脉粥样硬化42例被引量：2

摘要目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)临床疗效。方法:将我院心肺科84例颈动脉AS患者,按随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗。6个月后,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、IMT等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组有效率92.86%明显高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合阿司匹林用药治疗颈动脉AS,显著降低颈动脉IMT,有效调节血脂,发挥协同作用,优于单一用药,值得临床推广。
