摘要
用于高速冲击载荷下工作的小型打字锤零件,一般采用切削方法加工,此种方法不但浪费材料而且效率低,某些薄弱部位易折断。与切削相比,采用冷镦挤成形可节约原材料,而且零件性能更优,寿命更长。通过数值模拟仿真打字锤零件的挤压成形过程。此种工艺已经投入正式生产,零件达到技术要求。
Aimed at low efficiency and lots of materials waste in usually cutting machining method of small dozen hammer parts, a cold extrusion forming method with saving raw materials and better part properties and longer service life was compared with usually cutting machining method. The cold extrusion process was numerically simulated. The results show that the hammer parts produced by cold extrusion process can meet the technical requirements.
