摘要
目的分析非甾体类抗炎药致上消化道出血患者的临床特征。方法以我院收治的上消化道出血患者100例作为研究对象,根据是否服用过非甾体类抗炎药分成A组50例(服用过非甾体类抗炎药)和B组50例(未服用过非甾体类抗炎药)。对比2组患者的一般资料、临床表现以及胃镜检查结果。结果 2组患者在年龄、Hp感染史、心脑血管病史、病变数目、住院时间、各种临床表现发生率、糜烂性胃炎、溃疡、Hp阳性以及十二指肠溃疡发生率方面有显著差异(P<0.05),在性别、酗酒史、吸烟史、病变大小以及复合性溃疡发生率方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论非甾体类抗炎药致上消化道出血患者多为老年人,患者的各种临床表现、胃镜检查结果等发生率与其他因素致上消化道出血患者的差别较大,临床上应引起重视。
Objective to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding induced by non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Methods 100 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were taken as the research object（June 2014-2016,June,）. Based on the use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,100 patients were divided into A group of 50 cases（taking non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs）and B group of 50 cases（not taking non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs）. The general data of 2 groups were collected,and the clinical manifestations of the patients were observed. The patients in the 2 groups were examined by gastroscopy. The general data,clinical manifestations and results of gastroscopy were compared between the 2 groups.Results 2 groups of patients in age,history of Hp infection,cerebrovascular disease and multiple lesion number,duration of hospitalization,the incidence of various clinical manifestations,erosive gastritis,ulcer,duodenal ulcer and Hp positive rate difference（P〈0.05）,the rate of occurrence of small difference in history,smoking history,the size of the lesion and the compound ulcer in gender,alcohol（P〉0.05）.Conclusion non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients are mostly elderly patients with various clinical manifestations,results of gastroscopy and other factors caused by the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with clinical differences,should be added to the possibility of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with the degree of importance.
