摘要
目的研究联合检测CXCR4与E_Cad在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与脑转移的相关性。方法选取2011年1月~2015年1月在我院就诊的NSCLC患者121例,将其分为转移组74例和非脑转移组47例。取患者肿瘤组织标本,采用免疫组化SP法检测研究对象肿瘤组织中CXCR4及E-cad的表达水平。随访并记录其生存时间及6、12月的生存率。结果 CXCR4高表达水平及E-cad低表达水平是导致非小细胞肺癌患者发生脑转移的高危因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论趋化因子受体CXCR4在NSCLC患者脑转移中均存在过度表达,E-cad在NSCLC患者脑转移中均存在过低表达,CXCR4及E-cad的表达可以预测非小细胞肺癌患者发生脑转移的风险;CXCR4信号轴、E-cad可能在NSCLC特异性脑转移中起到一定的趋化作用。
Objective To study the correlation studies of joint detection of CXCR4 and E_Cad expression in non-small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis. Methods 121 cases of patients with NSCLC between January 2011 and January 2015 in our hospital,were devided into 74 cases of brain metastasisgroup and47 non brain metastasis group. tumor tissue samples for patients were chosen,and CXCR4 and E-cad expression level in tumor tissue for the object of study were detectedby using immunohistochemical SP method. the survival time and 6 and 12 months of survival were follow-uped and recorded.Results The high expression level of CXCR4 and E-cad was low expression level in non-small cell lung cancer risk factors for brain metastases,differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); Brain metastasis group median survival time was(6.3±0.1) months,the average survival rate of 6 and 12 months were 31.7%,12.4%; Of brain metastasis group median survival time was(15.9±1.4) months,the average survival rate of 6 and 12 months were 85.9%,70.8%.The comparison of two groups of survival time and the average survival rate,the differences had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion CXCR4 exist excessive expression in the brain metastasis in NSCLC patients,E-cad in NSCLC patients with brain metastases expression is too low,the expression of CXCR4 and E-cad can predict the risk of brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer patients occurred; CXCR4 signal axis,E-cad may have the effect of chemotaxis in NSCLC specific brain metastases.
