便携式吸尘黑板擦的设计 被引量:1

摘要 目的:针对目前市场上所销售黑板擦无吸尘功能的问题,设计一款能便于携带且可吸尘的黑板擦。方法:采用黑板擦与吸尘电机的结合,在擦拭黑板时启动吸尘电机,使其吸入所擦拭黑板表面附近的空气,同时将擦拭黑板所产生的粉笔灰吸入并储存于粉笔灰集灰槽中。通过吸尘电机气流径向通过面积和抽风风速计算出吸尘电机的单位时间抽风量以及实验得出黑板擦吸收粉笔灰的效率。结论:通过便携式吸尘黑板擦的擦拭实验,其吸尘效率可达80%,基本达到预期目标。与同类产品相比,该产品体积小,便于携带,维护成本低,吸尘效果明显。 Objective The portable blackboard eraser that can absorb the dust is designed, aiming at solving the problem that the blackboard eraser sold in current market can't absorb the dust. Methods Combine blackboard with vacuum motor, when the blackboard is wiped, the vacuum motor is activated and start to inhale the air near the surface of the wiping blackboard. At the same time, chalk ash which product by wiping the blackboard is sucked and stored in chalk ash collection tank. Through the area of the flow through and the induced draft speed to calculate the amount of ventilation of the dust collecting motor per time and do the experiment to gain the efficiency which blackboard eraser to absorb the of chalk ash. Conclusion The dust collection efficiency of it can reach 80%, which can reach the expectation target, by the wiping experiment for the portable dust collecting blackboard eraser. Compared with similar products, the product is small, easy to carry, low maintenance costs, the effect of dust collection is obvious.
