摘要
目的:呕吐是临床各科常见的消化道症状,西医常规治疗虽可暂时缓解其临床症状但易反复,且对重症呕吐往往效果不甚理想。笔者旨在运用传统中医探求治疗重症呕吐的有效方药,同时提高患者生活质量。方法:在中医基础理论和历代先贤临证经验的指导下,结合临床实践运用中医八纲辩证,采用审证用药的方法治疗重症呕吐。结论:中医辨证治疗重症呕吐可有效缓解患者的呕吐症状,减轻伴随症状,临床效果满意。
Objective： Vomiting is clinical common gastrointestinal symptoms, although conventional western medicine can relieve a symptom, but the recurrent and severe vomiting effect is poor. The author aims at the application of traditional Chinese medicine, to explore the effective method for the treatment of severe vomiting, and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods： In the basic theory of TCM and the clinical experience of ancient ages, under the guidance of clinical practice, the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentration method of Bagang, the trial medication for the treatment of severe vomiting. Conclusion： TCM treatment of severe vomiting not only can relieve the patient＇s symptoms of vomiting, and reduce symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, saving medical resources, satisfactory clinical effect.
