摘要
探讨健脾益气方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效作用,从CAG发病的中医病机基础、健脾益气方的立法处方架构、所含药物的药理作用及病证结合的理论应用等角度进行分析研讨,认为脾胃虚弱为CAG的主要病机和病理过程;益气健脾方具有健脾益气、活血行气之效,其组方药物具有改善胃黏膜血流和胃分泌功能、保护胃黏膜屏障及抗癌变的药理作用,并基于"病证结合、方证相应"的理论和方法而发挥作用,其研究为健脾益气方对CAG发挥疗效作用提供理论依据。
This paper discussed about the mechanism of treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） with Jianpi Yiqi Formula. It was expounded from TCM pathogenesis of CAG, the structure of Jianpi Yiqi Formula, pharmacological effects of the drugs and the theory of combination of disease and syndrome and correspondence of prescription and syndrome. We think the weakness of spleen and stomach is the main pathogenesis and pathological process of CAG; Jianpi Yiqi Formula has the function of strengthening the spleen, replenishing Qi and invigorating blood circulation. Its formula drugs have the pharmacological effects of increasing the gastric mucosal blood flow and improving the gastric secretion, protecting gastric mucosa barrier and preventing the progress of cancer. Based on the theory of ＂combination of disease and syndrome, correspondence of prescription and syndrome＂ to treating CAG. This paper provided theoretical foundation of the treatment of CAG with Jianpi Yiqi Formula.
