摘要
采用数值模拟方法对ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2合金标准物质铸锭的充型及凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了金属液的充型速率、气体含量、凝固时间及液相分数变化,验证了设计的铸锭模具的可行性。并根据模拟参数制备了ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2合金铸锭。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果相符,制备的合金锭无气孔、夹渣、缩松等铸造缺陷,组织细小,成分均匀,满足ZCuAl8Mn13Fe3Ni2合金标准物质用铸锭要求。
The filling and solidification processes ofZCuA18Mn 13Fe3Ni2 alloy reference material were simulated by using the numerical simulation method, and the filling velocity, air entrapment, solidification time and the change of liquid fraction were analyzed. The feasibility of the designed ingot mold was verified. Finally, the ZCuAISMnl3Fe3Ni2 alloy ingots were prepared according to the simulation parameters. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The prepared ingot has no casting defects such as porosity, slag inclusion, shrinkage. The microstructure is fine and the composition is uniform, which meets the requirements of ingot for ZCuA18Mn 13 Fe3Ni2 alloy reference material.
