摘要 以手机后壳精密注塑模为例,采用Moldflow软件对模具的浇注系统、锁模力、注射压力、流体前沿温度、困气位置及填充时间进行了模拟分析,得到了较为平衡的Moldflow流动方案,并对模具的分型面和冷却系统进行了设计分析,详细介绍了注塑模的整体装配结构与工作过程,探讨了手机模具的7个设计要点。经实际验证,模具结构及加工工艺合理可靠,注塑成型的塑件质量良好,可供手机精密模具或同类外壳塑件注塑模设计参考。 With the mobile shell injection mould as an example and using Moldflow software, the gating system of mould clamping force, injection pressure, flow front temperature, trapped gas position and the filling time were simulated. The Moldflow flow balance scheme was obtained, and the type of mold surface and the cooling system were designed and analyzed. The overall structure and working process of injection mold assembly was introduced, and 7 key points in the design of mobile phone mold were discussed. After the actual verification, mould structure and processing technology is reasonable and reliable, the injection molding of plastic parts with good quality can be used for mobile phone shell or similar precision mold plastic injection mould design.
