摘要
"三严三实"理念,即严以修身,严以用权,严以律己,谋事要实,创业要实,做人要实。习近平总书记提出的"三严三实"是每位党员领导干部实现"为民、务实、清廉"的思想路径、工作方法、做人之则,体现了我党从严治党的新常态,也是高校开展基层党建的活水泉源,践行"三严三实"要内化于心、外化于行,西安文理学院师范学院下设八个党支部,本文结合实际工作,以"三严三实"理念探索和实践建设"学习型、服务型、创新型"的基层党组织,加强党支部引领示范作用,扎实工作,积极推进高校党建工作。
The concept of being strict in cultivating one＇s moral character, preventing abuse of power and disciplining oneself; Being steady in planning matters, starting undertakings and conducting oneself, was introduced and promoted nationally. These rules are established for the leaders at all levels for daily work, which reflect the new norm of Chinese Communist Party. Therefore, the Party organization of the basic-level should practice these rules internally and externally. Teachers＇ College has applied and internalized these rules in exploring and practicing the Learning, Serving and Innovation basic-level Communist Party, which contribute great to the Party construction at colleges and universities.
