摘要
医院感染是威胁医疗安全的重要问题,病原菌在医院内的传播是引起医院感染的关键问题。总结整理了医院手术中悬浮菌数量与感染风险关系的研究,主要对微生物气溶胶检测技术——聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术的最新发展进行了总结,为今后医院实际病原微生物的实时测量与控制研究提供参考依据。
Nosocomial infection is an important issue that threatens medical safety. The spread of pathogens in hospitals is a key issue in nosocomial infection. Summarizes the relationship between the colony number of suspended bacteria and the infection risk during hospital surgery operation, as well as the latest developments of the microorganism aerosol detection technology--the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology, providing the references for real-time measurement and control of actual pathogenic microorganisms in the future.
