摘要
介绍利用EBT+VOD+LF+VD四联工艺生产DT4的试验,按照EBT初炼脱磷、脱碳、升温-VOD精炼真空脱碳-LF炉精炼脱硫-VD精炼脱气、去夹杂-铸造等工艺路线,实现冶炼碳≤0.008%、硫≤0.004%、磷≤0.003%、硅≤0.022%和氮≤60×10^(-6)、氧≤30×10^(-6)、氢≤1×10^(-6)的高纯净度的DT4并且无夹渣、气孔、裂纹等铸造缺陷,应用于医疗粒子加速器的电磁纯铁钢。
