摘要
目的探讨综合气道护理对机械通气呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果及并发症的影响.方法选取我院2015年7月至2016年9月收治的行机械通气的呼吸衰竭患者70例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预.比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况.结果两组患者机械通气方式和机械通气时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对照组患者治疗总有效率为71.43%,显著低于观察组的94.29%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者并发症发生率为42.86%,显著高于观察组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论综合气道护理对机械通气呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果显著,并能显著降低并发症发生率,可增强患者的治疗信心,提高患者治疗依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive airway nursing on the therapeutic effect and complications of mechanical ventilation in patients with respiratory failure. Methods Seventy patients with respiratory failure treated with mechanical ventilation in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive airway nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the mechanical ventilation way and mechanical ventilation time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of control group was 71.43%, which was significantly lower than 94.29% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications of the control group was 42.86%, which was significantly higher than 17.14% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive airway nursing on respiratory failure patients treated with mechanical ventilation has significant clinical effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence rate of complications, enhance the confidence of patients, improve treatment compliance. It has high clinical application value.
