摘要
目的探讨PDCA护理模式在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果及对肺功能的影响.方法选择2015年7月至2016年7月我院收治的88例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取PDCA护理模式,比较两组干预效果及干预前后患儿肺功能指标呼气峰值流速（PEF）、用力肺活量（FVC）、1s用力呼气容积（FEVi）的变化情况.结果护理后,观察组总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预前两组肺功能指标相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后观察组PEF、FVC、FEVi等肺功能指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论小儿支气管肺炎治疗中采用PDCA护理模式干预有利于提高临床疗效,改善患儿肺功能,值得临床广泛应用.
Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA nursing model on children with bronchial pneumonia and its influence on lung function. Methods Eighty-eight children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given PDCA nursing model. The intervention effects, changes of indexes of lung function including peak expiratory flow （PEF）, forced vital capacity （FVC）, forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1） of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than 7 7 . 2 7 % of the control group （P〈0.05）; before intervention, there was no statistical difference in the index of lung function between the two groups （P〉0.05）; after intervention, the PEF, FV C, FEV1 ofthe observation group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia can increase clinical efficacy and improve lung function of children, which is worthy of widely clinical application.
