摘要
目的通过调查吉林省内二级以上医院信息化部门及信息化人员基本状况,了解吉林省医院信息化建设水平,并提出针对性建议。方法向吉林省9个市(州)80家二级以上医院发放调查问卷,问卷主要包括医院对信息化重视程度及信息化人员基本状况,通过对9个市(州)医院信息化的横向比较以及对二级、三级医院信息化的纵向比较,全面分析吉林省医院信息化建设水平。结果吉林省9个市(州)中长春、吉林、四平三座城市医院的信息化水平较高,表现为基本具有专门信息化部门,信息化工作人员数量比较充足,人员素质较高,三级医院信息化水平明显高于二级医院。结论吉林省医院信息化水平普遍偏低,发展不均衡,需要加大力度,提高医院重视程度与信息化人才的培养。
Objective To know the hospital information status in Jilin Province and put forwards the targeted suggestions by investigating the basic conditions of information department and information staff in the hospital Above Class Ⅱ in Jilin Province. Methods The questionnaires were issued to 80 hospitals above class Ⅱ in 9 cities in Jilin province, mainly including the emphasis of hospital to information and basic conditions of information staff, and the hospital information construction level in Jilin Province was comprehensively analyzed by the horizontal comparison of hospital information and vertical comparison of information in secondary and tertiary hospital. Results The hospital information level in Changchun,Jilin and Siping in Jilin Province is higher, which shows having the specific information department, and the number of information work staff was adequate, and the staff quality was higher, and the information level in the tertiary hospital was obviously higher than that in the secondary hospital. Conclusion The hospital information level is generally low in Jilin province and the development is unbalanced, and we need to make efforts to improve the emphasis degree of the hospital and culture of information talents.
