摘要 利用正交试验设计原理,对9组不同配合比的高韧性水泥基复合材料进行了直接拉伸试验,研究了粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、砂胶比和减水剂掺量这4种因素对高韧性水泥基复合材料极限拉应变的影响。试验结果表明:高韧性水泥基复合材料的极限拉应变远大于普通混凝土,具有优异的韧性;各因素对材料极限拉应变影响的主次顺序为水胶比>粉煤灰掺量>减水剂掺量>砂胶比,其中水胶比的影响远大于其他因素;材料的极限拉应变随着水胶比或粉煤灰掺量的提高而增大,但砂胶比和减水剂掺量的影响规律不明显。 Based on the principle of orthogonal experiment design,the direct tensile experiment of 9 groups of high toughness cementitious composites with different mixing ratios were carried out to study the influence of four factors including fly ash content,water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio and plasticizer content on the ultimate tensile strain.The test results show that the ultimate tensile strain of high toughness cementitious composite is far greater than that of ordinary concrete.The importance order of the influence of these four factors on the ultimate tensile strain is water-binder ratio>fly ash content>plasticizer content>sand-binder ratio,among which the influence of water-binder ratio is far outweigh than other factors;the ultimate tensile strain increases with the increase of water-binder ratio or fly ash content,however the effects of sand-binder ratio and plasticizer content are not obvious.
