摘要
设计一种新型光纤光栅计轴传感器对轨道列车的轮轴计数监测。使传感器自身实现温度补偿功能,并将其对应变测量的信噪比提升1倍,同时实现了10倍以上应变测量放大,提高了传感器的灵敏度。实际测试结果表明,可以准确地识别轮轴数量,并可以准确测算列车行驶速度。
A new Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)axle-counting sensor is proposed in this paper.Thus the SNR of strain measurement is doubled with the temperature self-compensation.At the same time,a two-stage lever structure which achieves more than 10 times amplified measurement effectis designed.The sensor has been tested in Fuzhou Metro Base.The results show that the number of axles can be accurately identified,and the speed of the train can be estimated accurately.
