摘要
针对煤矿为解决压风机依赖人工就地控制方式、工作效率低的现状,以MLGF型螺杆式空气压缩机为对象,分析了煤矿压风机监控系统改造的原因,提出了具体的改造方案。由传统KWJ-IIA型监控系统变换为KWJ-B型新型智能集中控制监控系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,实现了压风机参数的在线实时监测和智能控制,并实现了煤矿压风机的无人值守,满足了现代化矿井的需求。
In view of the coal mine fan to solve the pressure dependence on artificial local control mode and the work efficiency is low, the MLGF type screw type air compressor as the object, reason of mine pressure monitoring system transformation of fan is proposed as well as reform methods, from the traditional KWJ-IIA monitoring system is transformed into KWJ-B new type of intelligent centralized control monitoring system. The system takes the PLC as the control core, realizes the on-line real-time monitoring and intelligent control of the parameters of the fan, and realizes the unattended operation of the coal mine fan, which meets the demand of the modern mine.
