摘要
目前,白光LED因其低成本、高效环保、耐用度强等优点占据了照明光源领域的主导位置.然而白光LED用红色荧光粉的技术匮乏已然阻碍了白光LED的发展.研发新型的白光LED用红色荧光粉是科研工作的重要任务.本文通过钒酸盐、钨/钼酸盐、磷酸盐和硅酸盐四种基质类型对现阶段红色荧光粉的研究进展进行了综述,并对未来的研究工作提出了一些建议.
At present, the white LED has occupied the dominant position in the field of illumination light source as its low cost, high efficiency and environmental protection, high durability and so on. However, the deficient of red phosphortechnology for white LED has hindered the rapid development of white LED. Finding a new type ofred phosphor for white LED is an important task of scientific research. In this paper, the research progress of red phos- phor at present is described through four kinds of matrix materials which arevanadate, tungstate/molybdate, phos- phate and silicate, and some suggestions for future research are put forward.
