摘要
配送中心是连锁超市的核心业务,关系到连锁超市的不断发展。本文探讨连锁超市配送策略,以临汾万家福超市配送为例,指出其发展的不足和存在的问题:配送中心的配送比率低,配送成本高;配送中心的设施落后,而且功能也不健全等。提出完善配送功能、提高配送效率、采取精益供应链管理策略。
