摘要
本文介绍了一种低用量胍胶交联剂,能够降低胍胶用量30%以上。0.2%胍胶浓度,交联比100:0.3的条件下耐温可达到80℃,0.25%胍胶浓度,交联比为100:0.2的条件下,耐温可达到130℃。低用量胍胶交联剂压裂液体系破胶彻底,破胶后残渣含量低,仅为49 mg/L和78 mg/L。对地层伤害低,较常规压裂液体系降低50%以上。低用量胍胶交联剂的研制对于提升低渗透油藏的压裂效率,防止油层伤害,节能降耗有积极意义。
This paper introduces a kind of low dosage of guanidine gum crosslinking agent, can reduce the dosage of guanidine gum by more than 30 %.0.2 % guanidine gum concentration, crosslinking than 100:0.3 conditions of heat resistance can be up to 80 ℃.0.25 % guanidine gum concentration, crosslinking ratio of 100:0.2 under the condition of heat resistance can reach 130 ℃. Low dosage of guanidine gum crosslinking agent fracturing fluid gel breaking thoroughly, gel breaking after low residue content, is only 49 mg/L and 78 mg/L. For low formation damage, more than 50 % lower than conventional fracturing fluid system. The development of low dosage of guanidine gum crosslinking agent to improve efficiency of low permeability reservoir fracturing, put a check reservoir damage, saving energy and reducing consumption has a positive meaning.
