摘要
风力发电作为一种可再生清洁能源,目前受到世界各国的高度重视。双馈发电机是恒频发电机的一种,发电机的定子和转子直接或间接与电网相连,并将风能转换为电能。双馈异步风力发电机在国内外各大风电场普遍应用,发电机的开机利用率与风电场的经济效益直接相关,因此风电运营商对发电机的可靠性提出了很高的要求。描述了一种双馈风力发电机常见的故障类型及其产生原因,通过对故障原因进行分析,分别从转子结构、轴承结构、端盖绝缘结构等方面提出了改进优化设计方案。
Wind power is highly valued by the world as a renewable clean energy. Doubly-fed generators are one of constant-frequency generators whose stator and rotor arc connected directly or indirectly to the grid. Doubly-fed induction generators are widely used in wind farms at home and abroad, and their power efficiency is directly related to the economic benefits of wind farms. Therefore, wind power operations have put forward high demands on the reliability of generator. A common fault type and its cause of the generator was described. Through the analysis of the fault, the improved optimization design scheme was put forward form the aspects of rotor structure, bearing structure and cover insulation structure.
