摘要
对J-275中高温固化发泡胶在中温120℃固化和在高温175℃固化下的物理性能、力学性能、耐液压油、润滑油及耐水煮和耐盐雾性能等进行研究。结果表明,J-275中高温固化发泡胶在两种固化温度下都显示出良好的力学性能和耐环境性能,适应了一种发泡胶双温固化的使用工艺。J-275的适用期较长,具有良好的操作工艺性。
The physical properties, mechanical properties and chemical resistance such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, water boiling and salt fog resistance for medium-high temperature curing J-275 foaming adhesive cured at 120 ℃ and 175℃ were studied. J-275 shows good mechanical properties and environmental resistance at both of the two curing temperature and is appropriate for double curing processes. J-275 possesses a good process ability and long pot life.
